Cancellation policy

Pre-orders

A pre-order is an order for an item that is not currently ready for immediate dispatch. The estimated dispatch or availability period will be displayed on the relevant product page. These dates are estimates and may change due to production, supplier or freight delays.

Payment is taken when the pre-order is placed.

Cancelling a pre-order

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund to your original payment method. To request cancellation, email returns@wildsidehq.com and include your order number.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Our Return and Refund Policy will then apply.
